What the pilot is

The pilot is a 30-day paid engagement at $1,500 that runs the complete Social Signal machine — not a demo, not a sample, the actual system. Kickoff within 48 hours. Weekly 30-minute interviews. A month of drafted, human-QC'd, approved content published on schedule. Daily engagement and DM management. An end-of-pilot pipeline report showing what the month produced.

The credit

If you continue to a retainer within 14 days of the pilot ending, the full $1,500 is credited against your first month's retainer and setup fee. On Presence ($800/mo + $450 setup), the credit covers setup plus most of month one. On Authority Engine ($1,500/mo + $900 setup), it covers the setup plus $600 of the first month. Either way: the pilot costs you nothing extra if you stay.

No call guarantee — the dashboard instead

There is no call guarantee. Social Signal removed the guarantee an earlier design attached to this pilot because it was unproven. What the pilot gives you instead is the call-tracking dashboard: every piece published, every conversation started, every call booked, reported in numbers at the end of the 30 days — evidence you can judge, rather than a promise you have to trust.

Who qualifies

The pilot is for founder-led B2B coaches, consultants, and advisors with a real offer and the capacity to take sales calls. That's it. You don't need a big following — the machine builds authority from your expertise, not your audience size. You do need the weekly 30 minutes; if your calendar genuinely can't hold it, the system can't work and we'd rather tell you that now.

We turn down pilots where there's no fit — wrong audience, no offer to sell, or no time for the interview. We'd rather say no in week zero than fail in week six.

At the end of 30 days

You get a pipeline report and a straight recommendation. If the numbers say continue, you pick a tier — most pilot clients land on Authority Engine — and the credit applies. If it's not a fit, you keep everything: all published content, all drafts, all positioning work. No hard sell, no exit interview, no hostage assets.
