- Mandatory human quality control. An editor reviews every piece for accuracy, voice, and sense before you ever see it.
- Client approval before anything publishes. You review drafts in one batch. Nothing goes live without your sign-off — no exceptions.
- Scheduled publishing. Content goes out on a daily cadence across your platforms.
- Engagement and inbox management. We handle comments and direct messages — starting conversations, answering questions, and moving qualified people toward a call. On Authority Engine and above, DMs get a response within 2 business hours and comments within 4 business hours.
- Pipeline reporting. A monthly report, delivered by the 3rd business day, shows what the system produced: conversations started, calls booked, and what's working. Real metrics only.

Service standards we hold
- Kickoff within 48 hours of onboarding.

Do I have to write or post anything myself?
No. You never write captions, never schedule posts, never answer DMs if you don't want to. Your only job is the weekly interview and a quick approval pass on drafts. Nothing publishes without your approval.
